The second graders in Mrs. Joern’s and Mrs. Steinbrecher’s class received caterpillars as part of their science unit. They learned about the painted lady butterflies by observing the caterpillars as they went through the life cycle. Here the second graders are releasing the butterflies out into the wild.
The last day of school is June 11. This is dependent on use of emergency days.
DOME Theater and Literacy Night
The DOME Theater will be at Florence Elementary on May 30th all day and for our Literacy Night the same evening. There will be a dinner from 4:30pm-5:00pm, science activities and Dome Rotation every half hour from 5:00pm-6:30pm.
